Munnar Hill Station – Kerala
Munnar Hills is a gorgeous Hill Station defining its own charm and beauty. It is located a height of 5000 to 8000 ft above sea level. Munnar Hills is where the confluence of three mountain streams – Mudrapuzha, Nallathani, and Kundala takes place. The name Munnar carries the meaning ‘three rivers’. Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary
The Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary is at a distance of 50 km from Munnar and not far from Marayoor. The sanctuary is based on strategic position and views of the Western Ghats can be enjoyed from here. The animals found in the sanctuary are elephants, leopards, and black bears.
Devikulam
It is a well-known hill station nearby Munnar famous for its tranquil natural essence. The extensive meadows are a highlight here. It is also rich in flora and fauna count. The popular Sita Devi Lake receives a large number of picnic crowds. The water of this lake is said to have curative features. Trout fishing can also be done in the lake.
Nyamakad
