Payment Terms
- An advance is taken to ensure a confirmed booking for any services, which can be later balanced with the total amount for the availed services.
- The service provider holds the right to decide upon the advance payment amount for any booking.
- The advance amount taken from any tourist is based on the nature of different services and availability in terms of time and arrangements.
- In special cases like rush hour booking due to festive or peak seasons, the service provider is entitled to ask for full payment prior to the actual visit. This helps with confirmed and hassle-free bookings.
- Overseas advance payment is very easy, and the amount asked can be paid through wire transfer to a designated bank account or through Mail Authorization with the help of a Master/Visa credit card.
- The payment can be made in India through currency notes or traveler’s Cheques. Master/Visa / American Express credit card is also accepted for the enlisted services. Payments through credit cards are levied with the applicable bank charges in addition to the total amount to be paid to the service provider.
Cancellations and Other Issues
Safari Cancellation Terms – Non-Refundable (No Request will be entertained)
Hotel Cancellation Terms – All full payments must be received before any cancellations/refunds can be entertained.
A) If the booking is canceled within 1 to 14 days from the date of arrival OR a no-show, no refund is claimable.
B) If the booking is canceled between 15 to 30 days from the date of arrival, a 50% refund is claimable after deduction of TDS/administrative/bank charges
C) If the booking is canceled more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Full refund is claimable (except for marriage bookings) after deduction of TDS/administrative/bank charges.
D) Please note that refunds will take 15 days or more to process as it is processed by the Head office.
E) Last-minute bookings are non-refundable, and no refunds shall be made once the confirmation is issued via any medium such as WhatsApp, Text, Mail, etc.
F) Accommodation will be provided for booked dates only, and no refund shall be entertained for unused nights or early checkouts due to whatever reasons.
G) Postponement of dates is tantamount to cancellation.
Payment & Cancellation Terms for Marriage & other group bookings: –
A) 25% of the total package price at the time of confirmation (Non-refundable).
B) 25% of the total package price to be paid 60 days before the event (Non-refundable).
C) 25% of the total package price to be paid 30 days before the event (Non-refundable).
D) The full balance amount and other additional charges made during the stay will be settled/paid directly at the time of check-in/out, which can be by cash, credit card, or demand draft.
- If Cancellation is made 60 days before the trip’s start date, only a 10% Booking fee will be charged as a cancellation Fee; the Rest of the amount will be refunded to the same account within 15 Working Days.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip’s start date, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the trip’s start date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities, Wildlife Safari, may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
Refund Policy
- The refund amount is decided on the basis of the above-mentioned cancellation policy.
- The refund money is non-transferable and will be accordingly refunded to the person making the initial payments.
- The refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures.
- The applicable bank charges will be debited from the refund amount if the refund is made to any credit card account or to a regular Bank account.
- In case of a special route/tour, the cancellation policy will not be applicable in peak. For these months, all amounts will be charged as retention. Contact the service provider to learn about these special routes and packages. A special cancellation policy is applicable in this regard.
Liabilities & Limitations
- In case of any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel, or guide charges by the Govt. of India before or after any tour/service booking, the same would be charged as extra along with the previously fixed charges.
- Please note that the service providers operate in the capacity of agents for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing related services, and hence, all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued are subject to the terms & conditions followed by the above-mentioned operators.
- Unavoidable circumstances such as difficult weather & road conditions, medical discomforts of the participants, etc. may demand a change in the itinerary before or during the tour. So, the organizers reserve the right to accommodate necessary changes in any schedule in the best interest of the related safety, comfort & general well-being issued. We shall not be held responsible for such alterations in schedules and expenses incurred by the visitors.
- The existing rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, and other service operators. In that case, they reserve the right to modify the rates without prior notice. Owing to such sudden changes in the rates, we are also entitled to modify the rates.
- All hotel bookings are subjected to the usual check-in and checkout time policy followed by particular hotels unless indicated in the itinerary.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person property during any tour. This is applicable in any circumstances in connection with accommodation, transportation or other service disruptions due to any dangerous situations such as fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond human control.
- Please note that we do not entertain any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unavoidable reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own.
- All baggage & personal properties are at the client’s risk throughout the tour.
- In case of cancellations of any services after the commencement of a trip, the refund would be restricted to the terms & conditions of the hotels and airlines we patronize.
- We are not responsible for refunding the money paid in advance for any unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation missed meals, etc.
