Day 01: Arrival Cochin – Munnar (120Kms / 4Hrs)
Arrive at Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, pick up from there and start the journey to beautiful Munnar Hill Station. Enroute enjoy panoramic views of Cardamom hills, Waterfalls, and green carpets of tea plantations. Check-in pre-booked luxury resort. Welcome, drink on arrival. I can spend the rest of the day at leisure at the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Munnar.
Day 02: Visit Munnar
Post breakfast Can go for a full day to visit the enchanting hill station Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (16 Kms) to see rare mountain goats locally named as NilgiriTahr, Rajamalai Hills, Old Munnar Town, Dairy Farm, and the Madupetty Dam and Eco Point. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Stay overnight at the Hotel.
Day 03: Munnar – Thekkady (110Km/4.0 Hrs)
After having breakfast start the journey to Periyar/ Thekkady wildlife sanctuary. On arrival check-in at Hotel/Resort. The main visiting attraction in Thekkady wildlife sanctuary is the boat cruise on the Periyar Lake, where you can spot a large variety of wildlife, which includes elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar, etc. Stay overnight at the Hotel.
Day 04: Thekkady – Alleppey House Boat (185 Km/ 4.30 Hrs)
Post breakfast drive to Alleppey (Backwater city). Alleppey is considered as an important honeymoon destination in Kerala. The main attraction of Alleppey is the “Houseboat” stay. After arrival at Thekkady check into houseboat and enjoy the wonderful journey over the backwater on a houseboat for 22 hours. Have all fresh meals, snacks, and beverages on the houseboat. While floating over water you can see the panoramic views of Kerla Village life and sunset scene. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 05: Alleppey – Kovalam (140 Km/ 3Hrs)
Post breakfast checks out from Houseboat and drives to Kovalam ( a fascinating beach destination). Check-in pre-booked resort. The evening can enjoy beach activities at Kovalam Beach. Rest of the time you own leisure and activities. Overnight stay at the beach resort.
Day 06: Visit Kovalam Beaches
After having breakfast, ready to visit beautiful golden beaches of Kovalam like lighthouse beach, Howah Beach and Ashoka Beach. You can also visit the magnificent Padmanabhapuram Palace &archaeological museum including the Vizhinjam Lighthouse, Sunset point, etc. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 07: Kovalam to Trivandrum (16Kms – 45 Min Approx.)
Post breakfast checks out from the resort and drives to Trivandrum. You can visit some local sightseeing of Trivandrum city like – Shree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, The Napier Museum, Shree Chithra Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, and Planetarium. Transfer to Trivandrum airport to depart back your own destination.
