Overview

Nainital is a popular hill station in the Kumaon region of India’s Uttarakhand state. This hill station is on an average elevation of 1940 meters. Nainital is said to be one of the best-shining diamonds of the Himalayan Belt. It is famous for a lake tour.

Kausani, a hill station is located in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, India. Known as the “Switzerland of India”, Kausani is synonymous with lush green landscapes, dense coniferous trees and silent valleys which make it a very popular hill station. 

Ranikhet meaning Queen’s farm is a hill station in the Uttarakhand state around the undulating Himalayan hills and forests. Ranikhet has everything to capture the complete attention, avid city dweller. Ranikhet with its magnificent view can just refresh your mind and soul to the very core.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathgodam (Nearest railway station of Nainital)

  • Arrival at Kathgodam railway station by morning, Our representative will receive you and provide transport facility to move Nainital hill station.
  • Check-in at pre-booked hotel. Have fresh n up at then proceed for local site visit like Naini Lake, Naina Devi temple, Tiffin Top(scenic mountaintop), Eco Cave Garden, Snow View Point ( A peak which offers amazing view), Nainital zoo.
  • In the evening can enjoy shopping at Mall road or the local Tibetan market.
  • Dinner and night stay at hotel.

 Day 02: Mesmerizing lake tour to Nainital

  • After breakfast, the whole day is ready to explore the beauty of Nainital by capturing images with cameras.
  • Proceed for exploring to magnificent lake tour of Naukuchiatal (lake of nine corners), Bhimtal, Sattal (the interconnected group of seven freshwater lakes), Khurpatal (encircled by the lofty pine and old cedar trees).
  • Dinner and stay at the hotel at Nainital.

 Day 03: Drive to Kausani – Mini Switzerland of India (125 km /4 Hours)

  • Post breakfast drive to Kausani hill station. Check-in at pre-booked hotel. After fresh n up you can visit Tea state of Kausani. This is a place where one will feel very close to nature and a paradise for tea lovers.
  • In the evening you will just capture some best photographic moment of setting sun and can visit Anashakti Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi stayed in 1929 described it as the ‘Switzerland of India’ after falling in love with its pristine beauty.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Kausani.

Day 04: Local sightseeing of Kausani

  • After having breakfast full day is for exploration of the spectacular panoramic beauty of Kausani. Have a blissful view of sunrise at Kausani.
  • Proceed to visit the temple of Baijnath. Here you will note some ancient idols and temples, which will connect you to spirituality. Further, you can visit Someshwar temple, Rudradhari Falls, and cave.
  • In the evening you will go to Sumitra Nandan Pant Museum – Dedicated to the famous Hindi poet who was born in Kausani.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel at Kausani.

 Day 05: Drive to Ranikhet – famous for Its Himalayan’s view (80 km /2 hr 30 min)

  • Drive to Ranikhet after breakfast, Check-in at Hotel and after that local site visit like Haidakhan Babaji Temple, Bhalu Dam, Jhula Devi Temple, Mankameshwar Temple, Golf course (One of the highest golf courses in Asia).
  • Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel at Ranikhet.

 Day 06: Check out and drop to Kathgodam railway station (75 km/2 h 30 min)

  • Post breakfast checks out from the hotel and drop at Kathgodam railway station.
